Down with wack landlords!!
Some of us Diaspora folks had the privilege to share dinner last night with the eccentric and kind hearted crew of the local HRC (Housing Rights Committe) of San Fran. Jess volunteers for them a few days a week while she spends her time away from all the classroom verbage of law school.
If you live and rent in San Fran (which most modest folks probably do, since homeowning is nearly impossible in the bay!) than we recommend you give these people at the HRC a visit if you ever have problems with a landlord.
Counseling for tenants about their leagal rights is free and open to the public. Walk-ins welcome Mon. thru Thurs 1-5pm...!
